Richmond Dales Amateur Swimming Club has been actively coaching successful competitive swimmers since 1976 and we train at Richmond and Catterick Leisure Centre. Our membership base (over 130) covers a wide geographical area stretching right across the Yorkshire Dales and into the North East of England.
Like many organisations and businesses in the area, our club has been financially impacted by the global pandemic. Without the ability to raise vital funds by holding swimming galas, plus the additional costs to ensure we are Covid-19 secure and pool hire cost increases of 27% last year - we now face a £20k deficit!
We've recently launched a crowdfunding page to try to secure the future of our club. Crowdfunding is a way for people, businesses and charities to raise money. It works through individuals or organisations who invest in (or donate to) crowdfunding projects and in return receive a potential profit or reward. Our project is supported by the 'Active Together' partnership in conjunction with Crowdfunding UK and Sport England. We need to raise £10,000.00 to be eligible for £10,000.00 match funding and we've just hit the 17k mark, but the funding isn't secure until we reach our target of 20k

We have a great opportunity for companies to support us and in return the club would like to offer a choice of sponsorship packages (prices start from £250).
