Judges were blown away by the outstanding performances of students at Richmond School and Sixth Form College’s first-ever talent show.  The line-up of eleven acts included vocalists, musicians, a comedian and dancers, offering a rich and diverse programme that was a feast for the audience’s eyes and ears.

Amelia wins role in first-ever Jacqueline Wilson film

A young girl’s passion for Jacqueline Wilson’s books has led to her starring in the eagerly-awaited film adaption of Four Kids and It.  Amelia Woodward, a Year 10 student at Richmond School and Sixth Form College, is an avid reader and a regular visitor to bookshops in Richmond.  A recent purchase included a competition by Puffin Books to win a part in the new Jacqueline Wilson film and Amelia was delighted to be the lucky winner!

Two students, from Richmond School and Sixth Form College, are celebrating after their team won an International Football Tournament.

Max Booth and Matty Callender, both Year 10 st’udents, were part of the Darlington Quakers U15 football squad who travelled to Holland to take part in the 33rd Blauw Zwart U15s International Tournament.

Brothers Jake and Charlie Stephenson are showing their mettle in a series of successes in local and national triathlons, duathlons and cross-country events. Eighteen-year-old Jake and Charlie, fifteen, who are both students at Richmond School and Sixth Form, are excelling at an elite level and gaining a reputation as Richmond’s answer to The Brownlee Brothers.
